Your inventory contains slots ranging from "a" and down to anywhere from "A" to "Z", depending on if/how many inventory slots you have purchased for your character. There is an important difference between storing items in the lower case inventory slots ("a" to "z") versus storing items in the upper case inventory slots ("A" to "Z"): When attempting to drop an item from the upper case inventory slot ("A" to "Z") you will be prompted with a question: "Are you sure you want to drop this item? (Yes/No)" You must then press "Y" or "N" to proceed. Only if you press "Y" for Yes the item will drop to the ground. While attempting to drop an item from any of the upper case inventory slots ("A" to "Z") will prompt this extra question, lower case inventory slots ("a" to "z") are not affected; items can be dropped from lower case inventory slots in the usual manner, by pressing "d" and the letter of the inventory slot. So, it is recommended to store your most valuable items in the upper case inventory slots ("A" to "Z"), so you do not accidentally drop your beloved frost sabre. :) | |
